OninFive Terms and Conditions (UK)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OninFive app and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

OninFive is operated by OninFive ("OninFive", "we", "our", "us"), a UK-based business.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Roles and features

3.1 User (fan) role

Users can discover events, view event and artist details, save events, and use map/directions features.

3.2 Artist role

Artists can create and manage artist profiles, create/edit/delete events, and apply for verification.

3.3 Promoter role

Promoters can create promoter profiles, send artist invites, manage accepted relationships, and create events for linked artists (or host events with external artist names where available).

3.4 Promoter-artist relationship rules

• Promoters may only create events for artists with an accepted relationship (unless using allowed external artist flows).
• Artists may revoke promoter access.
• Where configured in product logic, revocation may remove promoter-created events linked to that artist.

4. User content and permissions

"User Content" includes profiles, events, images, descriptions, links, and other content you upload or submit.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• You confirm you have the necessary rights to post your content.

5. Prohibited use

You must not:

• post unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent authority to promote artists;
• upload malware or interfere with app security or operations;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may remove content and/or suspend accounts for violations.

6. Event information and directions disclaimer

• Event details, venue data, and directions are provided for convenience.
• We do not guarantee that event listings, routes, locations, schedules, or availability are complete, accurate, or current.
• You are responsible for verifying event details with organisers/venues before travel or attendance.

7. Verification and moderation

• Artist verification decisions are at our discretion.
• Verification status may be changed, removed, or withheld.
• We may review, remove, or restrict content/accounts for safety, compliance, or platform integrity reasons.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (for example authentication, hosting, mapping, and platform services). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you breach these Terms,
• we are required by law,
• or your use creates risk or harm to users or the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion via support.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights).

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the Service is provided "as is" and "as available";
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

If you are a UK consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Indemnity (business users)

If you use the Service for business/promotional purposes (including as an artist or promoter), you agree to indemnify us for claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful content/actions, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law in your place of residence applies.

Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
